Depo yönetiminde forklift üzerine monteli pozisyon dogrulama cihaz¨.Bulus ÖzetiDepo yönetimi süreçlerinde dogruluk, hiz ve zaman tasarrufu saglamak ile birlikte yükleme/bosaltma araçlarinin manevra ve kullanim sürelerini optimize etmek için gerçekletirilen bulus, asagidaki üç unsurun birlikte çalimasi sonucunda hedeflenen amaca ulasmaktadir: Yükleme/indirme yerlerine sabitlenmis Kablosuz Etiketler (1) (Sanayideki adiyla "RFID Tags") Hareketli unsurun altina (genellikle Forkliftler kullanilmaktadir) takilan Anten/Okuyucular (2) Forklift konsoluna monte edilen Pozisyon Dogrulama Ünitesi (3) Depo Yönetiminden mal yükleme /bosaltma emirlerini alan forklift operatörü araci ile açik ya da kapali alandaki dogru slot üzerine geldiginde Pozisyon Dogrulama Ünitesi (3) sekilli ve sesli onay sinyalini verir ve yük bu slot'a yerletirilir ya da bu slot'dan çekilir. Aracin dogru yükleme/bosaltma noktasinda olup olmadigi bilgisi ise Kablosuz Etiketlerin (1) her birinin kendine has kimlik numarasi ile denetlenmektedir. Hangi etikete ait sinyalin onay alacagi bilgisi Sabit Disk (HD) ile Merkezi islemci (CPU) (4)üzerinde çalistirian uygulama programi tarafindan kontrol edilmektedir.
